I am your typical twenty-something individual looking for my place in the world. Having spent 5 years in the trenches earning my pre-med degree, I decided to take a break and pursue some of my other interests before pushing forward with the medical school application process. After settling in Billings, MT, I stumbled upon the hidden the gem that is Yellowstone Cellars & Winery. After a glass of wine (or two) with the owner, Clint, I was lucky enough to land a bartending job. What I didn't know at the time was how deeply I would fall in love with the chemistry of wine making as well as the diverse range of people who made their way through our doors. And now here I am 2 years down the road and I have found myself pursuing a new passion: to open a winery of my own. The adventure has just begun, and despite the slow and bumpy road ahead, I have never felt more excited. Let's hope I am up for the challenge! Wish me luck.
